Tred Mounting Baseplate

The TRED Mounting Baseplate is a specially designed accessory that simplifies the installation of recovery boards and makes them more secure. The baseplate features pin location slots, recesses, and covers that ensure perfect alignment of the TRED Mounting Pins (sold separately) with the recovery boards mounting pattern.

The front face of the baseplate has recessed slots that are specifically designed to align with the mounting pins, ensuring that the pins are perfectly aligned with the recovery boards. The baseplate has been designed with multiple allowances for permanent mounting using self-tapping screws, bolts, or straps, as well as less permanent options like heavy-duty cable ties.

For a more secure installation, the baseplate can be bolted down to the surface, and the hardware can be covered with the supplied baseplate covers, which adds a tamper-proof system making it more difficult to remove the pins from the baseplate or the whole baseplate off the vehicle when the boards are mounted.

With the locking features within the pin design, this system provides an even more secure method of mounting your investment to your vehicle. The baseplate is compatible with both Threaded and Quick Release Pins, and it's designed for various fixing options. The TRED Mount Baseplate Adapter Kits are also compatible with the baseplate.

The baseplate comes with flush slot covers, recessed plate mount securing holes, and a 12-month warranty.
